Madina Job Center Empowers Youth with Cutting-Edge Solar Installation Skills

The UWZ Partner Africa Project has successfully organized a comprehensive solar panel installation training program, equipping young people with valuable technical skills to thrive in the renewable energy sector. Hosted at the Madina Technical Institute, the training provided participants with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience in solar energy solutions.

Through the proactive efforts of the Madina Job Center, 50 young individuals secured slots for this intensive, one-day masterclass. The initiative aimed to enhance their employability and technical expertise, aligning with the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the renewable energy industry.

Recognizing the importance of continued skill development, the Madina Job Center has committed to organizing follow-up training sessions. These sessions will further refine participants’ skills and expand access to employment opportunities within the solar energy sector.
